This award honors an NCRA member who makes significant contributions to the profession within 5 years of earning their ODS credential.
Kashanna was certified in 2019. Beyond her current role in TRAC, Kashanna is an NCRA mentor since 2020. She is a member of NCRA Education Foundation Board.
